FAQ
WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?
If you are running late, please contact your photographer immediately. Failure to contact your photographer will incur in a late fee. If you are late, your session time may be cut short or you may be asked to reschedule.
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?
You may reschedule within 72 hours of your session, or another deposit will be required.
WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME TO RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
You will receive your proofs (raw, unedited images) via an online gallery within 48 hours after your session. In your online gallery, you will select the number of photos allotted in your package. After you have selected your favorite photos, your photos will be available via digital download within 10-14 days.
DOES THE DEPOSIT GO TOWARD MY FINAL PRICE?
Yes, your $50 non-refundable deposit/retainer fee is deducted from your final price.
SHOULD I BRING ANY PROPS TO MY SESSION?
Feel free to bring any special items that you would like in your ideal session. This may include sunglasses, a hat, blanket, ect.
WHEN IS MY REMAINING BALANCE DUE?
Full payment is due the day of your shoot by the end of your session.
