WHEN IS MY REMAINING BALANCE DUE?
Full payment is due at the start of your session. Please note that failure to provide payment by the start of the session may result in cancellation and/or non-delivery of photos.
IS THE RETAINER FEE DEDUCTED FROM MY FINAL TOTAL?
Yes, your non-refundable retainer fee is deducted from your final total.
WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?
If you are running late, please contact your photographer immediately. Failure to contact your photographer will incur in a late fee. If you are late, your session time may be cut short or you may be asked to reschedule.
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?
You may reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your session. If you reschedule less than 72 hours before your session, an non-refundable retainer fee will be required. Please note that reschedules are not accepted if you have booked your session within 3 days of the session date.
WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME TO RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
You will receive your proofs (raw, unedited images) via an online gallery within 48 hours after your session. In your online gallery, you will select the number of photos allotted in your package. After you have selected your favorite photos, your photos will be available via digital download within 10-14 days.
CAN I GET THE RAW/UNEDITED PHOTOS FROM MY SESSION?
No, we do not provide RAW or unedited photos as they do not reflect the professional quality and artistic standards of our work. However, you can view unedited photos with a watermark during the selection process. If you’d like additional photos edited, you can select them for a fee of $10 per photo. Editing is an essential part of our service, ensuring that every image meets our high standards. We retain creative control over the editing process to deliver a polished final product.
SHOULD I BRING ANY PROPS TO MY SESSION?
There are a variety of props to use during your session, please ask what is available ahead of your shoot.
Feel free to bring any special items that you would like in your ideal session. Props that we do not have may be provided for an additional fee. This may include balloons, cake, wrapped gifts, gift bags, rose numbers, customized announcement newspaper, etc.
DO YOU TRAVEL & ARE THERE TRAVEL FEES?
Yes, we do travel.
A travel fee will apply for locations beyond a 15-mile radius from the primary service area.
DO YOU SHOOT WEDDINGS?
No.
